Ria worked with AlgoLabs over a summer internship co-organised with SEPNet (the South East Physics Network). At the time she was a second year student on a Physics Degree at the University of Southampton with limited experience in programming. At AlgoLabs Ria undertook a short-term project working with large and complex financial time series datasets. Ria explored possible correlations between client trading activity and client demographics.

Najim Al-Baghdadi, Data Scientist, JP Morgan

Najim started working with AlgoLabs on a long-term PhD research project in partnership with the Computer Science department at Royal Holloway University in 2019. He originally studied Mathematics at Portsmouth University, later attaining his masters in Mathematical Finance at Loughborough University.
